Free PopUp Shop
Please join us for some free shopping! All are welcome to come to a free Pop-Up Shop that has FREE items for all ages: Professional Clothes, Casual Clothes, Kids Clothes, bags, scarves, accessories, books, and toys. Also, FREE menstrual supplies! The Pop-Up Shop will be open December 2nd from 9 am to 12 pm in the Student Center- WellNest Rm 261. We hope to see you there!

Managing Anxiety & Depression
The Managing Anxiety and Depression virtual educational workshop experience provides students with the opportunity to interact with counselors and other students experiencing similar struggles. Not a therapy group but designed to begin providing students with knowledge in the healing process, mood awareness, and an opportunity to start practicing coping skills on your own. We aim to help you understand: Causes and experiences of anxiety and depression Connection between stress and anxiety/depression New approaches to managing anxiety and depression How the mind and body respond to mental distress The workshop will be hosted virtually on Microsoft Teams. Students who RSVP thru OwlLife will receive a meeting invitation on the day of the workshop.

Dining in the Nest - Marietta Campus
Have you wanted to make new friends but feel anxious or have a hard time finding your community? Have you been stressed out about going to the Commons or Stingers? Then this is the event for you! We invite you to join the CPS Peer Counselors for lunch! No Meal Plan necessary. Space is LIMITED so please RSVP. For the Marietta campus events, students will meet the Peer Counselors in front of Stingers between 11:45am-12:00pm. There will be a 5-minute grace period for students to arrive for this event at the meeting locations. Please arrive during this time, as the event will begin promptly. Students who arrive after will not be able to attend. If you cannot attend the event after submitting your RSVP, please cancel your reservation to allow other students to participate. Maximum 2 sign ups per student. We look forward to dining with you!
